This 4 hour workshop aims to help develop the concepts involved in using mapping in therapeutic work, practice developing a map in dialog with clients and moving from using template maps to active, imaginative CAT mapping.

This 1 day work shop introduces CAT theory and concepts, with the aim of developing relational awareness, reflective capacity and confidence in CAT mapping.
These works shops are tailored to staffing groups and working context. They are not intended to be CAT therapist training and so no formal training in any psychological therapy is needed.
